We've teamed up with Chef Amanda Williams who has poured so much heart into curating a five-course tasting menu that celebrates the very best of the season. You can expect dishes inspired by all the things we love about fall – from the deep richness of roasted root vegetables to the sweet, spiced warmth of seasonal fruits. Each course is crafted to evoke that cozy feeling of autumn, with local ingredients and thoughtful presentation.
